Ronald Arthur Grenz, 62, Town of Flambeau, died at his home on Monday, November 7.  He was born in Phelps, Wisconsin, on March 10, 1943, the son of Arthur and Marcella (Ashby) Grenz.  He served his country in the United States Army 1st Cavalry in Viet Nam as a Laotian Language Specialist/liaison for two tours of duty.  While living in the Town of Flambeau he developed an interest in ornithology and spent time pursuing his interests and working in the woods.

He will be interred at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner with full military honors.
