Services for Lola Mae
Riedl, 54, will be held at 10 am Friday at
Mortimore Chapel.
Rev. Harley Pulis of the First Baptist Church will
officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Riedl died Feb. 21 at Hot Springs Memorial Hospital.
Born Jan 18, 1930 at Rhea. OK, she was the daughter of
Charles and Carrie Burress Rice. She came to Powell, WY from
Kansas with her parents in 1944 and moved to Thermopolis in
1945 where she completed her education.
On July 4, 1947, she married Bud Riedl at Thermopolis. She
had been a secretary for Dr. Gitlitz for a few years and
then worked for Dr. Vicklund until she became ill.
Mrs. Riedl was a member of Comm. Federated Church, Duplicate
Bridge Club and Double-Decker Bridge Club.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Besides her husband of Thermopolis, she is survived by two
sons, Steven of Casper and John of Gillette; one daughter,
Paula Allocca, Santa Fe, NM, her mother, Carrie Rice of
Thermopolis, and three grandchildren.
