Henry Grenz, 49, died suddenly January 3 at Grafton where he had been a resident at the Grafton State School since July19, 1965.

Henry was the son of Gottlieb and Magdalena (Goehring) Grenz of Fredonia. He was born May 15, 1916, in McIntosh County and lived with his parents in Fredonia until he entered Grafton State School.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Karl Wolf, Sioux Falls, S. D.; Mrs. Fred Hoffman and Karl Grenz, Fredonia; Theodore Grenz of Mobridge, S. D.

Funeral services were held Jan. 6 at 2:00 p.m. from the Berlin Baptist Church, rural Fredonia, with Rev. David Littke of Fredonia officiating. Burial was at the Berlin Baptist Cemetery with Nickisch Funeral Home, Wishek in charge.
