1961-1964 Battalion Chaplain, 1st Engineer Battalion, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kansas - responsible for religious services, counseling and Christian Education for 950 military personnel and their dependents (3 Aug l961 - Jul 64)

1964-1967 Battalion Chaplain, 3rd and 5th Missile Battalion, 32nd Air Defense Command, Schweinfurt and Weisbaden, Germany - responsible for religious site services and counseling for 850 military personnel and their dependents (Jul 64 - May 67)

1967-1969 Morris Hill Chapel Center Pastor and Post Administrative Chaplain, Fort Riley, Kansas - responsible for religious services and religious education for 1500 families and all post-wide administrative duties. Supervised 1 professional Director of Religious Education and 4 chaplain assistants. Post-wide project officer for workshops and retreats.

1969-1970 Squadron and DISCOM Staff Chaplain, Americal Division, Chu Lei, Vietnam - responsible for religious services and counseling 2000 military personnel in a combat environment; technical staff supervision of 2 chaplains and 3 chaplain assistants. 1970-1971 Student, US Army Chaplain School, Fort Hamilton, New York

1971-1974 Depot Staff Chaplain, Army Material Command, Sacramento, California - planned, developed and implemented the Army Industrial-Work Force Chaplaincy Model for the Army Chief of Chaplains, Washington, DC, and the Industrial Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program for military and civilian personnel. Supervised 2 professional staff (social worker and counseling psychologist) and 2 non-professional staff. Chairperson, Long Range Planning Committee, Willow Rancho Baptist Church, Sacramento, California. (9 Jul 71- 12 Aug 74)

1974-1975 Division Chaplain, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Casey, Korea - conducted religious services, planned and implemented the division-wide spiritual and moral Pro-Life program. Technical staff supervision of 17 chaplains and 18 Chapel activities specialists. (12 Aug 74 - 17 Sep 75)

1975-1978 Staff and Faculty, US Army Chaplain Center and School, Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island, New York - Project Officer and Chief of Exportive Training Office. Planned, developed, and produced training extension courses and Army-wide training literature; supervised 2 chaplains, 4 civilian professional staff (graphic art specialists and steno-typist) and 2 chapel activities specialists. (31 Oct 75 - 28 Apr 78)

1978-1979 Pastoral Coordinator, Fort Dix, New Jersey - responsible for post-wide programming and budgeting, Chaplain professional training and logistical support; supervised 2 chapel activities specialists and 1 chapel activities supervisor. (28 Apr 78 - 1 Sep 79 ) Retired 1 September 1979
