Alma A. Stephens
82 of Richland passed away on Saturday October 16th, 2004 at
Kadlec Medical Center.
Alma was born on July 9th, 1922 in Sand Creek, North Dakota
to Jacob and Katie Grenz. She loved reading, sewing,
quilting, traveling and stamp collecting. Alma was a long
time member in the Richland Lutheran Church; All States
Rebekah Lodge of Richland and was an active member in church
womens groups. .
Alma was preceded in death by her husband Ralph in 1988, 2
sisters and 1 brother.
She is survived by her daughter Delma Moyers and husband Ben
of Richland, son Alan and wife Nina of Kent, son Jerry and
wife Jill of Tennessee, sister Delores Witikko of North
Dakota, brother Edvin Grenz and wife Bernita of South
Dakota, brother Wilbert Grenz of Texas, 9 grandchildren and
4 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday October 19th, 2004 from 5-8
pm at Einans Funeral Home in Richland. A funeral service
will be held on Wednesday October 20th, 2004 at 12:30 pm at
Einans Funeral Home in Richland. A Private graveside service
will be at Blue Mountain Memorial Gardens in Walla Walla.
