Albert James Pfeifer,
88 of Lodi passed away on August 1, 1996 in a Las Vegas
hospital.
Albert as raide in North Dakota, and moved to Lodi,
Calicornia in 1942.
Albert and his wife Hattie were married for 64 years.
Albert was a maintenance worker for Stockley Van-Camp for
ten years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Albert enjoyed fishing and gardening.
Albert is survived by two sons, Robert Pfeifer Pennsylvania,
Aldon Pfeifer of Lodi, Ca.
Two daughters: Cynthia Holley of Redlands, and Allean Blair
of Las Vegas, Nevada. Two brothers, Fred Pfeifer of Lodi,
Ca. and Leo Pfeifer of Stockton, Ca. A sister, Ida Berg of
Napa, Ca:
20 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
Albert was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie Pfeifer in
1994; two sons, Frederick and Leon Pfeifer: four brothers,
Jacob, Edwin, Alfred and Levering Pfeifer and two sisters;
Emma and Elsie.
Visitation was from 5 to 8 P.m. on Sunday, and on Monday 8
a.m. to 8 p.m, and on Tuesday 8 a.m. until service time at
the Lodi Funeral Home.
The funeral was held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the First
Baptist Church with Pastor Merle Brenner and Pastor Ed
Quillin officiating.
Committal was in Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery in Lodi,
Ca.
