Friedrich Ginder

Friedrich died a young man during the time of Stalin in the former Soviet Union.  It was a time of Soviet repression against German and other immigrants as well as Soviet dissidents.  Food rationing was used as a weapon against those that Stalin blacklisted.  Many died of starvation.
