Snap Shot - Terry Grenz

Terry attend grade school and high school in New Berlin, graduating in 1974. He was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout; he also played basketball and baseball in both the City and Country Leagues.  He also completed one year of college at UW-Waukesha before joining the Army in 1976.  After completing basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood in Missouri, he was stationed at Ft. Lewis, WA for the remainder of his three-year enlistment, receiving training as a computer programmer.

After his discharge, Terry decided to stay ion the Pacific Northwest.  Here he met Kathy, who moved to Tacoma from Wisconsin when she was 3 years old.  Kathy comes from a family of eight children, all of whom live in the Tacoma area, along with her parents who have both retired.

Kathy has worked for Pierce County Medical for over 17 years.  Her first job there was in Customer Service; she also worked 12 years as a printer and his been in Purchasing since 1989.

Terry and Kathy are rebuilding an old dairy farm on 7 acres in Lake Bay.  So far the menagerie has included several horses, cows, dogs, cats and assorted birds.

Terry is employed by Pierce Country as a Systems Analyst.  Michelle pursues horseback riding and Renee is currently involved in ballet, where she is making great progress.
