* Notes:  Esther married Walter in 1944; he served in the U. S. Army.  After he was discharged, they moved to Westwood, CA, where Walter worked for Fruit Growers Mill until 1954 when it was closed down.  Walter then worked for a lumber company in Chester, CA until 1968m when they moved to Susanville, CA.  Walter worked for the Herlong Army Depot as a Hazardous Waste Inspector until his death in April, 1966. 

Esther worked as a cook and a nurse's aid, She also worked for the Police Dept in Susanville, CA in 1992
